Well known angling guide Stephen Buss have come to know the spanish Ebro river very well, which obviously is not only to the benefit of his customers - and on occasion he wet his own lines - which was the case this january - and results were amazing!

Modrac lake - a World Record venue?

Some years ago, words were out, that a carp of 40 kg+ had been caught from a weter in ex-Yougoslavis - but as substantial evidence never came forward at the time, the news were discarded as hear-say only.
Here, howerver, a local angler from Bosnia-Herzegovina tell more of the lake in question - and he have an interresting story of the lake to tell!

Danish anglers Brian Westergaard and Troels Taylor visited the famous Ebro river just as february turned into march 2006 - both got a personal best common carp - and much more ...
Stephen reveals his succesfull "Pebbles Rig", that accounted for the magnificent fish caught by his two danish customers.

Recently scientist has claimed proof of the ability to feel pain in fish. Their statement is by no means generaly accepted.
