The informations found in these pages are a compilation of informations from many different sources. Most are from magazines, books and other internet sites - while some - and hopefully with time an even greater part of it  - are shared with us in these pages from fellow carpanglers throughout Europe.
I personally have not visited the vast majority of these waters - not that I wouldn't very much like to - but even if you had nothing else to do, it would take more than a lifetime!
With a job like mine - forget it.
Only from a small number of these waters outside Denmark - in several different countries, I might add - I have my own personal experiences - and these are of course passed on very briefly - but to the best of my knowledge sufficiently.

- and I also like to go fishing from time to time !

Whenever possible, I refer to the sources of the informations I've found over the years. I might get something wrong from time to time - as I might misunderstand the texts in books, magazines or mails. Some informations might be outdated without me knowing so. Please excuse me - I try to extract the informations from sources of at least 9 different european languages - of which I only just catch the meaning of some of them - maybe lacking details. And I do not get automatic updates.

18.04.07: New!
I'm currently working on a list of known carp venues all over the world. The info available to me are rather thin on most waters in Africa, America, Australia, New Zealand and the Far East - and any help will be most appreciated. This type of work will of course be an ever on-going process - starting with Carp Venues World Wide - and even though there's not much to go for at the moment -  it's still a start - and with help from you, things can only improve over time!
