Slovenia

Only recently, a new law have made it possible to nightfish in this country, as I'm informed by the crew behind the excellent slovenian page in english www.topcarpfishing.com. Several other carpwaters is mentioned in this page - so I see no point in copying their informations here.
The biggest carp from slovenian waters is said to have been 36 kg - but this is to my knowledge not officially confirmed or photografically documented.

Blejsko Jezero, Ljublana, Bled.
Also known under the name Lake Bled, this 250 ha. water is probably the best known in the country. The water is crystal clear, and the stock of huge common carp is impressive. Nightfishing is not allowed. Permits in restaurants at the lake - at 20€ a day (2004)
One of the best carpwaters in the republic - but night fishing is not allowed.

Nightfishing possible - maybe the same lake as below?

Sika, Maribor.
In this 15 ha.  and rather shallow lake to 2 m at the deepest spot a 33 kg+ fish have been caught, but have unfortunately later died. The lake record still stands at 30 kg+ from the lake, where nightfishing is allowed. Daytickets at 50 € available from restaurants in the area.
