Orchids in Costa Rica 2008
I unfortunately have very limited insight in american orchids, as my main interrest have always been towards the asiatic species. I have thus had severe problems with the identification of the thousands of orchid plants we saw in the cloud- and rainforrests - as well as along the way on the roadside trees or on the ground - and in some areas even on every other wooden fence-post!
Errors in naming of the plants shown here may be present - and many plants are not named at all. Any help in correcting this will be appreciated.
